Anzu Care

Experience worry-free flying with Anzu Care, automatically included with every newly purchased drone. We understand that accidents are inevitable, and malfunctions can occur unexpectedly, potentially leading to costly repairs or even the loss of your valuable drone. That’s why we offer Anzu Care, a hassle-free product protection program designed to cover unforeseen damage to your Anzu product during the first year of ownership, regardless of the cause. With Anzu Care, you can fly with confidence, knowing that your investment is safeguarded against the unexpected.

Anzu Care provides protection against accidental damage, including collisions, crashes, and other mishaps during drone operation. While we all operate with the utmost caution, accidents can and do happen – but we’ve got you covered when they occur and we’ll get you back in the air quickly.

With Anzu Care, you receive prioritized technical support and expedited repair services. This means that in the event of an issue with your drone, you’ll receive prompt assistance from Anzu Robotics’s team of experts, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations and allowing you to get back in the air as quickly as possible.

Terms

Ⅰ. Service Information and Scope

  1. Service Period

    • The service coverage period for Anzu Care is 12 months.
    • It starts at 0:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date.
  2. Service Overview

    • Anzu Care offers two replacements for accidental damage to Anzu Robotics products during normal use within the coverage period.
    • Each replacement incurs a small additional fee.
    • Official warranty coverage is provided for the covered components during the validity period of the service plan.
    • Replacement products maintain the same performance and reliability as brand-new products.
  3. Covered Components

    • The scope of replacement and repair service includes:
      • Raptor and Raptor T: aircraft body, bound gimbal and camera, battery, main controller, vision system, propulsion system (excluding propellers), and controller.
  4. Service Fees

    • Replacement Fee and Coverage Amount: Refer to “Ⅱ. Replacement Fee and Coverage Amount” in the Terms and Conditions.
    • Shipping Fees and Taxes: Anzu Robotics covers any two-way shipping fees incurred within the country of purchase for covered Anzu Care services.

Ⅱ. Replacement Fee and Coverage Amount

  1. For Anzu Care service, a small replacement fee of $225 applies for Raptor and $350 for Raptor T.

Ⅲ. Exclusions

Anzu Care does not cover:

  • Damaged components not within the coverage.
  • Fully or partly missing components within the coverage.
  • Stolen or discarded components.
  • Damage caused by flight under unsuitable conditions, deliberate actions, abrasions, shell damage not affecting performance, natural disasters, illegal activities, or unauthorized modifications.

Ⅳ. Termination of Service

  1. Automatic Termination:

    • When the coverage period expires.
    • After using all provided services.
    • Upon customer-initiated cancellation, confirmed by Anzu Robotics.
  2. Termination by Anzu Robotics:

    • In case of discrepancies in Anzu Care version, service request outside coverage area or period, or improper service request procedure.

Ⅴ. Repair Process

  1. Preparation:

    • Agree to privacy policy and terms of service.
    • Back up or delete personal data from the product before sending it for repair.
  2. Service Process:

    • Email repairs@anzurobotics.com regarding malfunction or damage.
    • Send the product to the designated repair center once directed by service agent.
    • Anzu Robotics assesses damage and provides repair fee quotation.
    • Choose repair or replacement option.
    • Receive the replacement or repaired product, maintaining coverage and warranty upon receipt of the product.
